iPads have always supported USB docks to connect multiple peripherals so it seems safe to assume the new iPad Pros will do the same.

Has anyone found any good docks out there with a good mix of inputs? e.g headphone jack, HDMI, additional USB C + USB A, and pass through power.

There is also the Apple USB C Digital Adaptor which is advertised on apple site as will work with Ipad Pro.
This will allow power through, HDMI and USB A. You can with this use a keyboard, USB memory card reader, HDMI, microphone (possible).

Until the reviews come out though we will not know exactly what USB C accessories can be used. From using a MacBook I found USB C Hubs to be unreliable and of poor quality. I found Apple's products to be better but I have known many have found Apple's USB C adaptor/hub not to be so good.
