USB C Hub with an iPad Pro 12.9

Hello all,

I am planning to buy a iPad Pro 12.9. I was wondering if it is possible to connect a USB-C hub something like this. If I use a Lightning to USB-C adapter like this. The idea is i want to carry just one hub with both the VGA needs and the Ethernet needs, if possible.

Does anyone have any experiences? Or do I need to go the hard way and carry multiple dongles? Any other ideas are welcome.
