I've seen a couple on Amazon, but has anyone first-hand experience with a particular brand? I would like to use it with my 16" M1-Pro MBP's brick.

I've never heard of this working before. I have a 2014 and just use the Apple bricks, either Magsafe I with an adapter or Magsafe II.

USB-C to Magsafe 2 won't work with New macbooks with magsafe. So, buying the Apple original magsafe 3 cable is the only option at the moment

I had a cable like that as I prefer to have extra chargers at my workplace. They works fine. Cheaper than buying a magsafe 2 charger. I was using an Anker 735 so that I could charge my MBP and iPhone at the same time.

By the way, I bought my USB-C to Magsafe2 cable from a local electronic store. Not from Amazon.
