USB-C Monitor just for charging (when using second computer on the monitor)

Hey,
I've not found any helpful thread now, so here's my question:

I'm using a MacBook Pro 16" base model and a Dell U2720Q for my private stuff. As I'm in home office now, I have my Dell Desktop PC connected to the Monitor too. I already have Logitech Mouse an Keyboard connected to both, so I can change with just two clicks.

Is there a possibility to switch from using the USB C Port for charging and video to just using it for charging (without the extended desktop)? I'd like to leave my setup as it is with my MBP connected to the monitor for charging, while working with the DELL machine, because I'm running my calendar, mail and Things 3 (to do) on the MacBook while working on the dell.

Try SwitchRes X, - disable the monitor, and it’ll still charge the laptop.

Thanks a lot! Thats exactly what I've been looking for! I just created a shortcut for both Situations. I'd prefer to have a single to shortcut to switch between both, but for now that's awesome!
