USB/FIREWIRE to PC Express Card Adapter?

Im wondering if there is an adapter that will plug into my firewire or usb port on my macbook so i can use a verizon EVDO card.

Just some quick seraching found this http://www.quatech.com/catalog/drives_pcmcia.php, the PCD-X/U132-E should do what you wan't but it's rather pricy.
