USB Hub Compatibility With Apple’s USB C Digital AV Multiport Adapter

Anyone successfully connecting a USB hub to a USB C digital AV multiport adapter that’s plugged into an iPad Pro? Goal is to connect two USB devices to a single iPad. If so, what brand USB hub recommended?

The USB-C port on the digital AV adapter supports only power. There are virtually an endless number of USB-C hubs that will work with the iPad directly.

The USB C Digital AV Multiport Adapter has a USB-A port that you can connect any USB device to. You should be able to connect any powered USB-A hub or powered USB-C hub with USB-A cable. For USB-C hub, you won't get any display output - you have to use the HDMI output of the Multiport Adapter.
