iPad USB mass storage support on iPad with Sandisk lightning USB Drive?

Just wondering if anyone has played with the iOS 13 beta and the Sandisk iXpand lightning flash drive. Does it work natively in the system now? I'd love to have a flash drive that just plugs into my USBA Mac and lightning ipad

I was hoping this would work but doesn’t seem to show up on my iPad mini 4 and the public beta.

Works on my iPP 11, db3 using USB-C to USB cable.

That is a good question. Can’t help with that, however as I don’t have a usb c to lightning adapter.
