USB Port Covers?

These look good, but they don't have ones for the MB or the MBP. Would the iBook/PowerBook ones fit? Are there any other companies that make this sort of thing for the MB or MBP?

Those should work- they can be cut. One of the pictures actually shows the covers being used on a PB G4- which is the same case as an MBP i believe?

Even if it's not the same case, just cut them into individual units and you should be fine.
