USB port will not detect Iphone

Everything has been working fine till yesterday.
The USB ports will not auto detect the Iphone hardware, it normaly detects the camera portion with my adobe manager so I can download my pics.

I have also tried to plug it in to another computer and still, no go.
I can't sync with Itunes, it will not recognize it.

How can we kick start this thing?
Running OTB 1.1.2 Jailbroken ( everything but the phone works...... Yes still waiting for that unlock firmware to come out.)

I have tried reseting the Iphone.
even tried the diagnostic tool on iTunes..... tells me the Ipod is not connected....
I also tried other USB ports on my computer and other computers. Still not being detected as a device.
my WiFi works.

My USB problem resolved

Well, I had to start it all over again.
with the on/off switch and the home press in at the same time, then let go of the on/off , I put the iphone in recovery mode.
this got the USB to detect the iphone.
I restored using iTunes.
then I proceded with the unlock procedure.
then upgraded back
took me a while but I'm up and running again.



Now Its up to the developers again to unlock the phone portion. waiting patiently

You could try using a different cable. Like instead of using the cable that is connected to the charger, try using the square one
