iPhone USB Tethering.

Hey guys.

Does USB Tethering not work on the iPhone 5 or anything? MyWi and PDAnet confirms that it does and it runs fine(as it says on my iPhone) but does it really work?

I check data usage every single hour and it's still using data regardless at a high rate. Am I doing something wrong?

Yeah. I just used PdaNet the other day when my home cable went out. Used WiFi and USB. Weird thing about WiFi is you have to forget the network, otherwise PdaNet will be trying to share the dead WiFi network...

PDAnet (full version) works great for me... Tried with Wifi only though... Just switch on your phone's wifi then go back to PDAnet app and switch on Wifi HotSpot

And as far as to what I have read in the net, MyWi6 can be detected by your carrier...

USB tethering working like a charm for me using MyWi on iPhone 5 and iPad 3.
