Is there a app where I can connect my Bluetooth mouse to iPad?

You can't use a mouse as a general input device for an iPad (the Bluetooth stack simply doesn't support it). However, you can use specific mice with a couple of apps (Citrix Receiver and Jump Desktop which are both really remote desktop applications). The mice that are supported are the Citrix X1 which works with both those applications and the Swiftpoint GT which only works with Jump desktop)

There may be other combinations of apps and mice that work together but they're the ones I'm aware of

Only other option, and most likely impossible for you unless you’re on specific iOS versions, is to jailbreak and install a tweak that allows Bluetooth mice to connect and provides a cursor and such.

Amazing how those jailbreakers can figure out how to integrate a mouse but Apple can’t.

Are you sure there’s a jailbreak tweak available for this? I’ve never heard of such a tweak.
