Okay, so maybe this was here before but I just didn't notice it, but I was looking through settings and under Store, there is an option to, "Use Cellular Data" to download purchases. This was set in the off position.

I just turned it on. I'm not sure what this does. Will it download all purchases, regardless of size, on cell data now when I'm not on Wifi? Because before upgrading to iOS5, you could always download purchases through 3G.

Its is for pushing newly purchased items onto your device, a part of the iTunes in the cloud thing. The downloads are still limited to 20 megabytes.
