Use iBook Mic and Audio and talk on the phone

How can I talk on the phone using my iBook's Mic and Audio?

err...talk on the phone? i'm not sure..but if u use skype yes...just talk and the person over there can listen to u...under system preferences i think u need to switch on the device Internal Microphone...

Thanks. I wasn't clear though. I just made a post that was limited so here I go again.

I want an application to where when an incoming phone call comes in, my computer alerts me and I can talk to the person using the Microphone on my iBook and hear them using the speakers.

That should be theoretically possible using the modem port of the computer. All the required hardware is present. Although I do not not know of any software that gives this fucntionality.
