Use image/picture on webcam

I want to use a still photo/picture of me on webcam. Think skype/zoom calls where you put up a picture instead of your web cam.

I have manycam and I've used it before, but it does not work with this website. Error says "Web cam not detected". Seems like Manycam uses my webcam and this website can not access the webcam.

If there are alternatives to manycam I can try?

Can you pull that photo off of your camera via another method (Finder?) and then place it on your desktop temporarily?
