Use MacBook trackpad to control another Mac's mouse?

I'm looking for a way to use the trackpad on my MacBook Air to control my HTPC Mac Mini. I already use remote desktop, and have a separate Magic Trackpad, but it would be really handy to just switch the trackpad on my macbook from controlling my macbook to controlling my mac mini, and then switch back.

Is this possible?
