I have an email that I have to send out at different times to different people. The email is the same, so its in my templates and I open it and then click send later with gmail. Is there any way to expediate this process. I'd love to be able to do something like "hey siri send email "survey" to Joe Kimble at 10pm tomorrow. "hey siri send email "survey" to joe kimble at 9pm on Monday Aug 1st...

I'd be surprised if this isn't possible, but it'll be tricky to implement. I suggest you make a post on Reddit and see if they can be of help - the Shortcuts sub, in particular, enjoys a good challenge, and are very helpful.

The next version of MacOS has 'scheduled send' feature in Mail -- which should be out soon!

If you use GMail, there's always the Boomerang plug-in, which I use for work and it's a lifesaver.
