This is such an annoying feature. Maybe I’m doing it wrong.
So let’s say I sign on to Hulu on Apple TV using the remote app on my iPhone (I hate we can’t use the old app). It now links my iPhone to that Apple TV. 30 minutes later, I go to the kitchen and want to play some music and it starts playing through Apple TV in the other room.
How is that expected behavior? Am I doing something wrong? Missing a step?
Then how do you turn it off? I open Music, hit the Airplay button that I never explicitly turned on, and it doesn’t let me uncheck the Bedroom Apple TV.
Maybe it’s the South Texas Heat. Maybe I’m getting a fever. I’m signing up for iOS 16 beta and this is going to be my priority.
