I have an iPhone 16 Pro (English Canada) and manually switched to English (United States) during 18.1 to use the Apple Intelligence stuff. At that time I can use Siri to successfully log Health entries like "record my body weight" and "log my blood pressure". No problems at all. Now at 18.2 it says to use Apple Intelligence I have to use the same language as my phone, which is fine so I switched it back to English (Canada). Now all the health stuff won't work anymore with Siri. I double checked the permissions and turned them off and on and it still doesn't work. It just tells me to go to https://support.apple.com/en-ca/118493 which describes how to allow Siri to access the Health app data.

Now switching the Siri language back to English (United States) makes the Siri requests work again but that totally disables Apple Intelligence.

It seems like the language switching messed up some underlying permissions that can't be changed.

Pretty much the same here. Annoying. Switching to US didn't totally disable apple intelligence for me, just removed chatgpt. Hopefully Canadian English will get support soon for siri+health.
