Used Mini with removable bottom?

I am interested in a used Mini, and would like to have one with the removable bottom like the new ones, which makes memory changes very simple. What year did they start these models? Thanks!

The first Mini's with a removable bottom were the 2010 models.

The 2009 ones are easy too. If it is just for the memory, the 2010-2012 models win, but if it is for the whole package of storage and RAM, all mini's are on par: totally DIY-able but take your time and have the proper tools.
