USED space with no APPS

I have used space (5gb worth) with no apps. I download one app that I remember which is a video watcher and then my files returned which I'm assuming is from that 5gb that isn't labeled. But I don't remember all the apps that I've downloaded that would have usage on them... I tried signing in on iTunes from store but that doesn't work, it says all the apps are already downloaded it said but it isn't showing anything in my library.
