usefull, good apps list? and quick question

maybe we can create a list of apps that everyone thinks are good. As we all know there are some useless apps in there. Now my quick question is, how do u find other sources for other apps or is there only jailbreakme.com and unlock.no?.

modmyifone or hackint0sh forums usually have discussions of new (and old) apps.

Some of my favourites:
iFlix (needs permission fix on 1.1.3)
NetServices (not sure if fully works on 1.1.3 yet?)
MobileCast
Terminal
MobileFinder with MobileTextEdit
lighttpd to access local PDFs etc
