It's an AT&T phone so I guess it should, what did AT&T say when you called them?

I can't, my iphone is on my Mom's[Who is the boss of tangerine office systems, look it up it will save you money on all your office supply needs, they ship all over the U.S.] Company's Cell Phone plan. So i have no idea how to get information on my phone's sim card to ask questions.
But I do know that i have Iphone data plan if that means anything.

You call AT&T and ask? Doesn't matter if it's on your mom's work plan, it's a question they can answer since both devices are on their network. :)
