If I had a Macbook pro, how would I connect it to a CRT TV with RCA inputs and S video? To watch movies off of the laptop.
 
If you have HDMI hookup, it is much easier and cheaper to do mDP -> HDMI directly.
 
It really depends on which MBP you intend on buying. Your newer MBP has a different adapter than your classic MBP.....


I haven't bought a MBP 13" yet, so it would be brand new. What new/diff adaptor would come on it and how would it change things for s video usage?
