iPhone User dictionary keeps resetting itself?

Does anyone know why this would be happening?

My phone keeps "forgetting" my custom words for autocorrect (like my dog's name, for example), as well as my recently used emoji. I don't do anything out of the ordinary, aside from the occasional respring. I am using iPhone 5 with Color Keyboard, Winterboard, and a few other minor cosmetic tweaks. I've never had this happen before, even with my jailbroken iPhone 4. It is annoying having to teach it my odd words again.

Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this, or may have an idea what's causing it.

Have you tried manually adding the words to your keyboard shortcuts? That's what I do, especially for frequently used words. I just type the word in the "phrase" section and also the "shortcut" section just to make sure it pops up as I type the word. I love pressing the space bar in the middle of a word and have it automatically appear.

Sorry though, I've never had your specific problem. That's strange. If i were you, I'd add the words to the keyboard shortcuts.
