Ran Etre check and came upon this:

User Launch Agents: (What does this mean?)

[loaded] com.adobe.ARM.[...].plist [Click for support]

[failed] com.apple.SafariBookmarksSyncer.plist - /Applications/Safari.app/Contents/SafariSyncClient.app/Contents/MacOS/SafariSyncClient: Executable not found!

[loaded] com.spotify.webhelper.plist [Click for support]

Can I delete this?
Thanks
Yes, that's safe to delete; it hasn't existed in years.
If you look in your home folder, then Library and then LaunchAgents, you'll see the file there.

Yup... I actually found this lingering on my system the other day. I think it was left over from MobileMe or even DotMac bookmark sync.

OP> If it helps you navigate just click the desktop then hit shift.command-g and paste this line in and return.

Code:
~/Library/LaunchAgents

Did you delete the file from that launch agents folder then restart?

Logout should suffice too. But it's not an issue: the 'warning' in EtreCheck only means that your system is trying to launch a process upon login, but it doesn't do anything when the binary it is supposed to execute does not exist. It just generates a harmless error message, nothing else.
