when you change your user picture there are 3 options. Defaults / Recents / Camera. Where are the Recents photos stored? Cuz I deleted the original photo which was stored in documents but whenever I go to "Recents" the photo still remains and choosable. Are there anyways to clear "Recents" picture?

All you have to do is drag the picture you want into where the current picture is being shown. Once you do that it will allow you to make the adjustments. Thats it!

What I mean is the pics under 'Recents' I want to delete it instead of adjust it.

I was having the same problem! And I just figured out how to fix it. Select the recent picture and press command+delete :)
