User will not log on

I have multiple user accounts, and my main account can login to the desktop with no problem. But, my secondary account after inputting the password it starts to load then I get a black screen and it goes back to the User login screen. Anyone know a way to fix this, I've cleared the pram no luck.

Have you tried in safe boot? Could be a login item for that user causing a problem.

I can't login either after updating to dp3? How do I get to safe mode?

Start up in recovery mode and go into disk utility and repair disk and then restart. All should be well.

Hold down shift during startup. You should be prompted to sign in to the user account twice. the second time it will say "SAFE BOOT" in red letters in the upper right hand corner of the login screen if you've done it correctly.

Still prompts for login screen over and over and never logins in. Any more ideals?

Safe Mode, and resetting the password via another admin account didn't work. I have about a week out TimeMachine backup I can deploy or wait two weeks for dp4 in hopes that it fixes the issue.
