I’ve tried Antenna, Bacon, Narwahl and my favorite Apolloapp and the official Reddit app for iOS on both iPhone and iPad.
the only time I get notifications from any of the subreddits I subscribe to or private messages is from the official Reddit app.

For the life of me I cannot get any of the other 3rd party apps to send me notifications of any kind. Have any of you experienced this and if so did you ever find a fix?

And before anyone asks I've checked all settings within the apps and the notification settings within the settings app.
I'm at wits end and do not know what else to try. Please help this fairly new Redditor ?

Does anyone have any other suggestions? Can some of you Reddit users at least tell me if you’re getting any notifications from any 3rd part app? The only app that I get notifications from is the official Reddit app. I even uninstalled it to see if that was the issue somehow but that didn’t help either.

I use Apollo and get notifications as expected. I don't like that when I open a notification it doesn't take to the exact message/sub, but I do get notifications.

Just throwing out ideas: have you de-authorized the third party app, then re-authed it?
Yes I have. I’ve uninstalled it completely, rebooted, then installed again authorizing for notifications but still nothing. Keep in mind that all Reddit apps that I’ve tried are affected except the official Reddit app.
I’ve also hadn’t had any notification issues with any other apps.

if it was a Reddit issue I’m sure we would probably have heard about this from a lot more people. I’ve tried googeling but didn’t find anything except for the odd problems of people who missed a setting.

I feel like you're speaking generally, but to confirm, to my knowledge only two apps offer notifications: the official Reddit app and Apollo with in app upgrade. I don't think any other reddit app even offers notifications. In the case of Apollo, it handles its own notifications. So if it's not working for you, you should be reaching out to the developer to get support since you've paid for that capability.

It look like you’re correct. Narwahl is the only other one but it does state that it’s an experimental feature. So yeah I’m going to reach out to the developer again right now. Thanks.
