Hi guys,

I did a search and didn't come across anything but I'm pretty green around here so feel free to let me know if this has already been covered or I'm in the wrong area.

I have screen sharing set up so I can control my 1,1 Mac Pro (Mavericks) by my 2010 13" MBP (El Capitan). I want to be able to hear the audio from the Mac pro as well but can't figure out a way to do it. I know iChat used to be capable but its no longer supported and it doesn't appear messenger has the same functionality.

Does anyone know a way I can do this while maintaining high audio quality? I'd also prefer if theres one program that will control audio and screen control, but I'd really like to stick with freeware if possible.

The Mac Pro is connected via ethernet, has no bluetooth or wireless modules, MBP is connected over wifi.

It's too bad there's no more iChat, it really was perfect in this application....

Thanks to all who can chime in and give me a hand!

Cheers,

Matt
