using a us atv in europe... poweradapter?

how does atv work, does it have a seperate cord and power adapter that will adapt from 110V to 240V like a laptop, or is it one set voltage?
 
It has a "Universal" power supply, so it should work with just a plug converter.

Check the voltage on the plug/device goes up to 230/240V though.
