I've been trying to find a useful way to aggregate all of the data from the various fitness related apps that I use on my iPhone: Garmin Connect (cycling, running, and general workouts), Strava (posts runs and rides that I log on my Garmin device from Garmin Connect), Withings (scale), iPhone (steps, but I don't always have it on me when I run, so those aren't logged), and MyFitnessPal (nutrition). I also have several of those services shared between each other (such as weight from Withings to MFP). Is there anyone else out there who uses multiple services like this who can post how they share data between these services without causing doubling and redundancy or missing data altogether*?

Thanks for any advice!

*It appears Garmin Connect doesn't share cycling distance to Apple Health, only Strava does, but Strava does not seem to share cycling distance to Apple Health that was posted to it from Garmin (I'm guessing it only shares data recorded directly to Strava).
