I'll be traveling to Puerto Rico soon and I will be bringing my Chromecast with me.
Would it work properly out of the U.S ?.

I did find a walk around when using a hotels wifi by using a: (see below)

TP-LINK TL-WR702N Wireless N150 Travel Router, Nano Size, Router/AP/Client/Bridge/Repeater Modes, 150Mpbs, USB Powered

But now I am nervous that my chromecast will not work abroad.
I have a friend that tried streaming HBO-go on her ipad in Jamaica through the hotels wifi and nothing she tried worked. So I'm guessing that the same will happen when trying to use my chromecast out of the u.s.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
