Greetings,
is there an easy way so my wife can use one HD from my cMP hard drive bay as time machine backup for her MacbookAir via wifi?

Enable file sharing for the drive in system preferences, then setup TM to that network share like any other hard drive.

The "official" way, I suppose, would be to purchase the $20 Server App for your cMP and set your Time Machine preferences from there. Then anyone on your household network, wired or wireless, could use the TimeMachine capability of your cMP.

I can not do that...
The only option I see when I select backup disk on the time machine with the macbook air is the AirPort Time Capsule.
The macbook air and the mac pro is shared connected.

Maybe the only way is with the Server App?

EDIT
I will try this guide

Yeah ... use the Server App.

I don't think the client Time Machine will see a simple share on the network, although you can use other backup methods with that share such as CCC. Once you use the Server App to enable TimeMachine host on your MacPro, all the OS X clients using Time Machine will easily see and connect to your TM Host. One of the few useful features of the Server App, but priced right at only $20. You can limit the maximum disk usage for each client so that a high activity computer doesn't hog all the disk space.
