Using Compressor to encode and make/burn DVDs - change file output size?

So a nice feature of Compressor is that it can take (any size?) .MOV or .M4V file, author a basic DVD and burn it, with just a few clicks.

In my experience, the output is always a ~7GB .img file, which of course needs a dual-layer DVD in order to burn.

Is there a way in Compressor to configure the output to fit on a standard 4.7GB blank DVD?
