Hi, I am going to buy a Windows laptop soon and I was wondering if I could connect it my bootcamped iMac (Late 2015) as an external display for the laptop via HDMI/Thunderbolt. Thank you. :)

Several thoughts about your question:
You would need to use Apple's Target Display mode on the iMac.
The support article about that - here
From the list of requirements, you need to connect to another Mac with a Thunderbolt port. HDMI won't work, even with an HDMI to Thunderbolt adapter.
Both computers need to be Macs.
and, the most important point, your 2015 iMac doesn't support the needed Target Display mode.

The Late 2015 iMacs do not support Target Display Mode so you will not be able to use it as an external monitor.
