I've been reading up on this topic, and the pessimism I've encountered in relation to accomplishing this feat is rather disheartening. However, I am determined. Is there anyway without jailbreaking (wireless or not) that I can tether my iPad to my desktop?
The reason I need to do this is there will be no internet connection @ a LAN I will be attending, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 requires an internet connection to host a game. Any help would be appreciated (and by help I mean comments which are NOT along the irritating paths of attempting to question my reasons for doing so
