iPad Using iPad as rotating picture frame?

I there a way to use my iPad as a rotating picture album? TIA

By "rotating", do you mean show a non-stop slide show of a collection of pictures? If so, I use Photo Manager Pro - it can do that with a selected folder of photos stored in the app. I do it with a folder of 1400 or so of my favorite shots. Besides that, it is an excellent photo manager.

I remember the iPad 2 did this. If you docked it, an icon would appear and it would act as a digital frame. Something they should revisit natively.
