Using iPhone Browser

Well after seeing some great themes made by many on many sites, I decided to download iPhone browser to put them on my phone since I cant download them. Anyway, if I have a downloaded and unzipped theme and iPhone Browser open, where do I go with these files, and do I copy the whole folder or what?
