No idea. Was expecting them to be delivered to the iPad then just disappear

I have tried this, and here is my conclusion.

There are about 9 different ingredients in a Jolly Rancher, and coincidentally I suspect there are about 9 different snomes living inside of your iPad. Each of 9 or so snomes are capable of pooing out a respective ingredient responsible for the construction of a Jolly Rancher candy. So therefore each flavorful text message you receive is then eaten and poo'd out by one of the 9 or so snomes.

Conclusion: for every 9 or so messages you do not receive someone in the world receives a Jolly Rancher at your expense.

Advice: if you do not want the world to experience the tasties of a Jolly Rancher at YOUR expense. DO NOT PUT iPHONE SIM INSIDE OF iPAD.

Color me silly, but how do you propose sticking a full-sized SIM in a micro-SIM slot in the first place?

Maybe the OP means after it's been trimmed down. You could trim it by hand or get one of these:

ipads reject incoming sms so it depends on the operator of the sender .. most store the sms for 24 hours and try to get it delivered periodically, if not, then the message is lost.
