iPod Using iPod on 2 Computers?

Yes, I searched the forum for a while before I posted this.

I set up my iPod on my PC. Now when I plug it into my iBook it says something about assigning it to THIS playlist and replacing files.

Anyway to make it work with both? When I press no, it disappears off the desktop and everything.

I don't use autofill, I just drag music/files to it.

Forgot to mention, it's an iPod Shuffle.
