I would like to use my macbook pro using its touchpad. Just to relax my hand!
I know, almost all of us use the mouse.
I wonder, how could I leave the mouse and use only touchpad. I have to work in many applications, word, excel, photoshop, dreamweaver etc.
Is it practical? Is it fast?
Can we live without mouses?
Any advice in case I start to use touchpad? What should I know, what should I avoid?

You could to without the mouse easily in Word and Excel and in the Finder, Safari...etc (using a combination of the touchpad and keyboard). In Dreamweaver and especially in Photoshop, I would imagine either a mouse or a graphics tablet would make things a lot easier.

I use both - have my mighty mouse for when my trackpad frustrates me (i.e. scrolling on the internet), and the trackpad for when my mighty mouse frustrates me (i.e. not the smoothest).

Urm
