Good day.

Can anyone please tell, is it possible to use Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti in Mac Pro 5.1 (Mid 2012), OS X 10.14.5? I have tried to install this card in PC, but system doesnt want to boot, no signal from PC on monitor. Can someone give an advice how to run this card in Mac Pro 5.1 (Mid 2012), OS X 10.14.5?

Thank you

no

you may have luck in osx 10.13 with the NVIDIA drivers but it's not ideal, almost any AMD RX 470/480/570/580 is a better option and tend to be cheaper as a plus

OSX relay want's a AMD card, apple has just made it that way

edit if you just want to trouble shoot the GPU then if you have windows installed on the macpro you may have luck (ie booting in to windows)

The short answer is; you can't. Mojave needs a metal compatible GPU and only a few Nvidia cards are metal compatible. You will have better luck with AMD cards as that is what Apple supports moving forward. If you need to use a CUDA GPU, then you need to create a dual boot partition and install High Sierra with the Nvidia web driver to support the GTX 1050Ti if you have applications that you need to utilize the CUDA GPU.
