Hello,

Can not find much info on this but how does one upgrade OSX installed PHP to 5.4.4 do not really need to use Apache as ill be using PHP 5.4's build in server as its only for development.

Also where would the php.ini be stored etc.

I didn't know php was included in OS X. Is mysql there as well? I just downloaded and installed MAMP and that did everything for me without fiddling with .ini files.
