Using Public PC for iTunes backup?

How safe is my iTunes backup? I'm wondering how I can search for it on Windows XP...is there a special identifier?

To note, it's one of those PCs that clear everything from the desktop and the c drive but keeps certain parts like my docs with every restart.

dude, it's public PC. dunno bout your country, but ive seen public pc here in slovenia, germany, egypt, france, italy, UK and austria and they were all full of viruses and stuff... so no, i wouldn't keep my backup on public PC.
and some of those were same public PC type as yourse. not to mention high school computers...
