Is this possible? I just got the ultimate macbook air and can't seem to get this done. I was able to install iWork using the remote disc drive of my dell. Can someone explain how?

However - couldn't you use "share iTunes library" and as long as both iTunes libraries are using the same account, you can copy them over, right?

I know I've done that!

I do not think both libraries need to use the same account. They do need to be on the same network.

I'm certain it does have to be same account, otherwise I could just copy someone else's entire library if we are on the same network.

Thanks for the correction... I believe that you are correct. We all use the same iTunes account in my house, so I have never tried using different accounts.

Well it's not the best way but I can import it to the dell and then just copy the folders over the network into itunes on the air and all of the audio plays.
