iPad Using the TV app with 2 IDs?

Is it possible to use 2 different IDs with the TV app. Its possible on the Apple TV itself and on Catalina (albeit you have to sign out and in between the different accounts on a Mac). But when I try to switch accounts on an iPad I get the 90 day restriction warning. Is there a way to bypass this restriction on an iPad?
