Using Virtual Box on MacbookAir..... how do i boot windows?

Once you install Virtual Box you'll need to launch Virtual Box and install your copy of Windows in a new Virtual Machine.

Can you walk me through it step by step? I apologize, but i have already installed Virtual Box and i simply cant figure out how to do it.....

I appreciate the link very much, but im having problems with VB detecting the windows boot disk via remote disk on my air. Any thoughts?
