Does anyone use xfinity stream on their computers? It use to work before I upgraded. Now I get audio and just a blank screen. It works fine on my iPad and iPhone.I am not sure if I have some setting wrong that might be causing the issue. Multiple browsers have been used.

I'm sure I don't really know the answer but sound with no picture sounds a lot like a DRM issue…although I don't know why you'd be getting that issue in your situation as the Xfinity streaming site works for me.

So…in your browsers turn off graphics (or hardware) acceleration. I've got it OFF myself so that I can record streams with OBS.

Unfortunately that did not work for me. I appreciate the suggestion.

What browser are you using?

Xfinity Stream is working for me using Safari. I'm running MacOS 14.4 but haven't had any issues before except for it freezing every now and then but it's rare.

Do you have Pi-Hole or something similar installed on your network? Any VPN or Private Relay turned on? Ad Blockers? Try turning those off and see if it fixes it.

I do have AdGuard and StopTheMadness extensions installed but I disabled per-site content blockers and allow all auto-play for the Xfinity site. I don't know why I did this but these are my current settings.

Also, if you ever played around with the Feature Flags settings in Safari, try resetting them to default.

Nope. I don't have / use any of those things. Still cannot figure out why it won't show the video.

Just for fun.....I decided to delete and reinstall Chrome. At first it didn't work but once I turned off Use graphics acceleration it worked. I can now watch March Madness while I work.

Thank you all for providing suggestions.
