UT2004 - Red Orchestra

I recently acquired Ut2k4 and have looked around for the Red Orchestra mod. I downloaded the only version I could find (did they kill all/most of the links??) and ran the mod installer. Nothing, I checked package contents on the app, and the 'Red Orchestra' folder is there, but if I look for it in the community section of the game its not there. I also clicked the "Play_RedOrchestra.bat" but it just launches UT 2004. Any help would be appreciated, AND links to the latest version. Thanks!
