UTorrent Port Forwarding

Ok I have searched all over and I still can't find a solid site to help me with opening ports. My setup is this:
I go to college and internet is included in my apartment
I have a Airport Express
I have a Macbook w/ Leopard 10.5
I've alot of different things but I still can't get my UTorrent to get a green light. Can anybody please do a step by step on how to do it? thanks!!

Unless, of course, there's another firewall on the other side of the Airport Express, which is a possibility given the Internet access is included with the apartment.
